The terms and conditions for our Return Policy & 100 Night Trial Policy:

Coverluxesilk offers a 100-night trial of our queen silk pillowcases!

We are so confident that you will fall in love with the exclusive pillowcases that we will give you 100 nights to love them or simply send them back and we'll refund you!

How does the silk pillowcases 100 night trial work?

Coverluxesilk wants to give you guys the chance to try and see the quality and benefits that our silk pillowcases can bring to you! If for some reason you don't fall in love with your silk pillowcase, here's what to do:

  1. If you don't see any benefit to your new silk pillowcase, simply post your silk pillowcase back to us to receive a full refund. (Please note our 100 night trial is only offered on our queen silk pillowcases). 
  2. Original proof of purchase will be required, our 100-night trial is strictly limited to one return per household. Coverluxesilk will never resell used items, your returned pillowcase will be donated to a charity of our choice. 
  3. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded. All sales on reduced stock are final. 
  4. The pillowcase will not be accepted if it has been broken due to your lack of care.
  5. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days after your order is delivered. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for a return exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns and Refunds

We do not offer refunds only exchanges for the same item in a different size, colour, or an item of similar value. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges & Returns 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email info@coverluxesilk.com

Shipping & Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you depends on where you are located.
